These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 68id (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 68id online betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 68id platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 68id strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify your age through KYC documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to use the Service.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

The 68id platform is intended for users in Indonesia and select international jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. You must not access or use the Service from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or prohibited. Restricted jurisdictions include but are not limited to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Singapore, and jurisdictions where 68id operations would violate local law.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) Account on the 68id platform. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match your official identification documents exactly.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before you can make a withdrawal, 68id requires completion of the KYC verification process. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number;
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address;
• Selfie verification: A photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face for identity confirmation.

68id reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Ensure you log out from your Account when using shared or public devices.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. 68id will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

68id accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum per transaction: Rp 50,000,000. Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100,000,000.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Standard processing: 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB);
• First-time withdrawals: Up to 24 hours due to additional verification;
• Weekends and public holidays: May experience delays of up to 48 hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Attempts to use 68id as a money transfer service will result in account suspension. 68id reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

68id offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Key bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal;
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure;

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. 68id reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors in odds, match postponements, player injuries after bet placement, or technical malfunctions.

7.2 Live Casino and Slots

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical malfunction.

7.3 Togel (Lottery)

All togel results are determined by official international lottery draws from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and other markets. Results are published immediately after official draw announcements. Winning bets are credited automatically.

7.4 Bet Limits

68id reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any market, game, or event. These limits may be adjusted based on risk management considerations.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 68id and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Unauthorized access to your Account;
• Technical errors, system downtime, or interruptions;
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts (provided we make reasonable efforts to correct such errors);
• Loss of winnings due to violation of these Terms;
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent possibility. 68id does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for your betting decisions.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

68id reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from Terms violations. If termination was not due to misconduct, we will process withdrawal of your remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding bets must be settled and wagering requirements completed before closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 68id operates its international license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
